Invitations to Pass to Loved Ones

If you are thinking:

Do you have loved ones to pass God’s invitation to?  My loved ones feel anxious… sad… angry… hopeless…I believe they are more than a handful of neurons or chemicals.  I believe that they are not determined by what has happened to them.  I believe that they are able to do more than they (or the people around them) think.

I want to support them, but don’t know how.   I need help, but don’t know who will care about them as much I do.  I hope for something more, but don’t why.

I am asking God to send someone to help bind his/her broken heart up.  I am looking for someone to nurture courage in my loved one.

God is telling us:

“… you give them something to eat.” (Matthew 14:16)

We hope you will message us!

We want you to know that our relationship with your loved one would be more than counselor and counselee. We are God’s beloved children—that means we are your brothers/sisters-in-Christ first and foremost—purposed to walk alongside one another in these times of adversity. (Proverbs 17:17)

We want you to know that we are counselors that have been trained not only at seminary, but more importantly, in the context of suffering that is prevalent as broken people in this fallen world. Being comforted by the God of comfort Himself is what allows us to remind you how much God the Father loves you, to know you in light of your identity in Christ, and to speak the words of the Holy Spirit as we pray for you. (2 Corinthians 1:3-7)

FAQ

How can you help my loved one who doesn't believe in counseling?

As Christians, we know that we can't guarantee anything that is not under our control. Theoretically, that means your loved one must have the motivation to show up. The question is: ``will you give your loved ones the opportunity to just do that much?``

How can you help my loved one who doesn't believe in Biblical counseling?

If your loved one shows that they are willing to show up to counseling, they will be given the kind of wisdom that moves people to faith.

Do you only serve Christians then?

No, we serve people of all different cultural identities, including religion and spirituality. This is Biblical and that is what guides our service.
